A Desire Heart & the Will of God

Many of God’s people have desires in their hearts, but they have not been accomplished or manifested. The book of Psalm says, Delight thyself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart. It is not only having a desired heart, but we must learn to delight ourselves in the Lord and rest in the assurance that He is faithful to His Word. Desires are something that Satan plays around but we must be sure it is not something he can turn around and use against us. God will give us desires according to His will. That is the balance for us, as God’s children. Make sure that your desire is the will of God; is not about you, but about God’s purpose.
