Stephen Keppler gives his dynamic testimony of his childhood. He talks about his siblings who also lived with depression and bipolar. While listening to this interview, you will learn the warning signs and how to deal with the guilt and shame that comes with this illness. One of the major things that a depressed person must do is accept his/her illness and seek treatment. There are many treatment options available. Take heed and don’t continue to carry depression’s heavy burden. Give it to Jesus and learn what are your options. Amen.
