Mission Statement: To provide a quality Christian education for all children regardless of race or socioeconomic background.
Goals: Faith Life Academy uses a traditional approach to education, which teaches students to be articulate, knowledgeable, and of sound character. The programs and activities of FLA are based upon the beliefs that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our God is one, but manifested in three persons (The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit).
Special Features: Multi-cultural studies, before and after school program, library facilities, tutorial services, standardized assessment testing site, computers, comprehensive music program, and drama.

Accreditation: Association of Christian Schools International member since 1991.
Academic Standards: A Beka Curriculum. Report cards sent every nine-weeks. Students who fall below a 2.0 average are placed on academic probation. Scholar roll is a 3.5-4.0 and Honor is a 3.0-3.4.
Schedule:
School starts a 7:45 am and ends at 12:oopm for Kindergarten and 2:15 for grades 1-6. Chapel is held every morning.
Discipline:
Based on biblical principles. Discipline is used to build strong Christian character. FLA does not permit the use of tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or profanity. Non-Christian acts such as sexual promiscuity, fighting, and vandalism are also prohibited. Violation of any rule or regulation can result in expulsion.
Calendar of events and student activities: Christmas Play and Banquet, Black History Celebration, International Day, Science Fair, Field Day, Family Picnic, Field Trips.
